What does a general contractor do?
A general contractor holds the construction contract and coordinates the work covered by it. CPS organizes trades, site activity, scheduling, and required permits rather than leaving you to manage each part separately.
What is a commercial build-out?
A build-out prepares an interior space for its intended use. Depending on the project, it can involve partitions, finishes, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or equipment-related work. The proposal defines what your project includes.
Can you work in an occupied property?
We review access, operating hours, safety requirements, and disruptive activities with your team. Those conditions help determine the work sequence and whether work windows need to be limited.
Do I need completed drawings before contacting you?
No. Start with the location, what the space needs to do, and your target timing. We will explain what additional plans, design input, or site information is needed before pricing or scheduling.
What if I already have a contractor?
If you want independent help reviewing another contractor’s proposals, progress, or payment requests, Owner’s Representative may fit better. If you need help organizing the overall process, consider Project Management.
Tell us what you need.
Start with the location, what you want to accomplish, and your timing. If work is underway, tell us where things stand.
We will review the details and follow up about the next step.
